ERM

ERM is a web application developed for PT Semen Indonesia Group.

SIG is a big group that comprised of tens of subsidiaries. As such, one can imagine the challenges in overseeing, managing and delivering projects at any given time within its body. One way to keep risks at minimal is through a system called ERM or Enterprise Risk Management. It’s unique function is the ability to estimate corporate, project, and operational risks over user input. From this point on, management is able to make data-driven decision that will shape the group’s business direction.
